Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Casablanca and Rabat: 24โ48 hours. Other major cities (Marrakech, Fes, Tangier, Agadir): 2โ4 business days. Rural areas: 3โ5 business days.
Do you ship to all Moroccan cities?
Yes. We deliver everywhere in Morocco, from Tangier in the north to Dakhla in the south.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your city and order weight. Orders above 1,000 MAD ship free within major cities.
Cash on Delivery
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order online. When our delivery partner brings your package, you pay them in cash (MAD) directly. No prepayment required.
Can I pay by card on delivery?
Currently, we accept cash only on delivery. Card payment options are coming soon.
What if I am not home when the courier arrives?
The courier will call you before arrival. If you are unavailable, they will attempt redelivery the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if I receive a defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned product.

Are your products genuine?
100%. We source only from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Every product is authentic.
Do products come with warranty?
Yes. All electrical products carry the manufacturer warranty, ranging from 6 months to 5 years depending on the item.
Do your products meet Moroccan electrical standards?
Yes. All our products comply with Moroccan and international standards (NM, IEC, CE).
